As head chef of the two Michelin-starred Treeswijkhoeve, I have been inspired by what I most love to share with my own family during this enchanting time of year. For more than 15 years, we have been creating a Christmas dinner for home. Our guests traditionally order our box because they are assured of an unforgettable and carefree Christmas dinner. With this menu, you can put a fantastic 4-course meal on the table with minimal effort.
